Seedance 2.5

MASTER PROMPT — 3D LUXURY BILLBOARD PRODUCT HANDOFF REFERENCE ROLE SEPARATION: @Image1 = REAL-WORLD LOCATION, STREET ENVIRONMENT, ARCHITECTURE, CAMERA POSITION CONTEXT, AND BILLBOARD PLACEMENT ONLY. Use @Image1 only for: the real street, building facade, sidewalk, storefronts, surrounding architecture, street depth, overall environment, perspective, and the physical location, size, orientation, and placement of the main digital billboard area. CRITICAL: Treat the billboard area in @Image1 as an EMPTY DISPLAY SLOT. Do not use, copy, preserve, inherit, reinterpret, reconstruct, or reproduce any content already visible inside the billboard in @Image1. Ignore everything already displayed on the billboard in @Image1: any existing model, any person, any face, any product, any object, any text, any logo, any graphics, any advertisement, any colors, any background, any campaign, any layout, any composition. None of the existing billboard content from @Image1 is allowed to appear in the generated video. From the very first frame, the billboard content is already completely replaced with a new campaign created only from: @Image2 = model identity, @Image3 = product, @Image4 = outfit and styling. There is no old advertisement visible first. There is no replacement animation. There is no transition from old content to new content. There is no morphing. The new campaign is fully present from frame one. @Image2 = MODEL IDENTITY AND APPEARANCE ONLY. Use @Image2 only for the person’s recognizable identity and appearance. Preserve: the face, facial proportions, eyes, nose, lips, jawline, cheekbones, skin tone, hair, hairstyle, hair color, and overall recognizable appearance. The person inside the billboard must clearly look like the same person from @Image2. @Image3 = PRODUCT OR OBJECT ONLY. Use @Image3 only for the exact product that appears inside the billboard from frame one, then gets picked up, presented, thrown toward the camera, and caught in the real foreground. Preserve: the exact shape, proportions, silhouette, materials, surface finish, color, packaging, cap, label placement, and recognizable appearance. CRITICAL PRODUCT CONTINUITY: The same exact product from @Image3 is already visible inside the billboard from the first frame. The same exact product: stands inside the billboard, is picked up, is presented, is thrown, travels toward the camera, crosses into real space, and is caught by the hand. No product switching. No product morphing. No product replacement. No redesign. No product inherited from @Image1. @Image4 = OUTFIT, SHOES, ACCESSORIES, AND STYLING ONLY. Use @Image4 only for: clothing, shoes, bag, accessories, colors, silhouette, and fashion styling. Preserve the styling accurately. Do not mix the roles of the references. Generate a 10-second vertical 9:16 luxury advertising video as ONE CONTINUOUS SMARTPHONE POV SHOT with no visible cuts. CAMERA RULE: The camera itself is the smartphone. The viewer is already looking through the smartphone camera. Do not show another phone. Do not show a phone screen. Do not show a hand holding a phone. Do not show another recording device. CAMERA POSITION AND FRAMING: Always place the final camera almost directly in front of the main billboard. Even if @Image1 shows the billboard from the side or from a diagonal angle, reposition the final viewing perspective so the camera operator appears to have moved into the best near-frontal viewing position. Use only a slight low upward angle. The main billboard must dominate the upper frame. The camera must be close enough that the model’s face and expression are clearly readable from the first second. Do not use a wide establishing shot. Do not show the entire long row of billboard screens. If neighboring screens are visible, they appear only partially at the far edges and remain completely static. Only the nearest main billboard becomes animated. Keep a small portion of the real street visible in the lower frame: sidewalk, storefronts, pedestrians, and natural urban depth. Use only subtle realistic handheld smartphone micro-movement: small breathing motion, tiny framing corrections, gentle imperfect stabilization. No orbit. No crane. No dramatic dolly. No artificial cinematic camera travel. STREET LIFE: The street must feel naturally active and inhabited. Include several realistic pedestrians walking casually in the lower frame and midground. They move naturally at different depths and in different directions. They do not stop. They do not look into the camera. They do not react dramatically to the billboard. They do not block the main action. Keep the pedestrian flow moderate: alive, realistic, urban, but not crowded. FIXED MASTER BILLBOARD COMPOSITION FROM FRAME ONE: From the very first frame, the main billboard already displays a fully finished premium luxury advertising campaign. PRODUCT ON THE LEFT: The product from @Image3 is positioned on the LEFT side of the billboard, slightly inward toward the center. It appears large, premium, upright, clearly visible, and visually important. It stands on a refined internal surface, platform, or stage plane. The product casts a soft natural contact shadow on the internal surface. Use subtle realistic light interaction so the product feels physically grounded inside the campaign. The product should feel like a premium hero packshot, not a floating object and not a pasted cutout. MODEL ON THE RIGHT: The person from @Image2 is positioned on the RIGHT side of the billboard. They wear the styling from @Image4. The model is arranged in an elegant semi-reclining editorial fashion pose: body elongated horizontally, torso slightly raised, leaning naturally on one arm or elbow, legs arranged elegantly, relaxed but confident posture, sculptural, luxurious, fashion-forward, premium. Do not make the model stand. Do not make the model sit upright like a normal portrait. Do not create a chair pose. Keep the model low, elongated, editorial, and visually balanced against the product. The product is NOT in the model’s hand at the start. The product stands separately on the left side as part of the billboard campaign. INTERNAL BILLBOARD ART DIRECTION: The inside of the billboard must not look like an empty white background. Create a finished premium advertising environment inside the billboard. Use a calm, elegant, understated luxury campaign background. The background may use: soft pearl tones, warm pale gray, soft champagne, subtle cool gray, a refined studio gradient, or a very subtle atmospheric sky-like background with gentle clouds if visually appropriate. The background must remain restrained and premium. Do not make it colorful, busy, or distracting. Create a visible sense of: internal surface, depth, light direction, soft shadows, foreground-background separation, and polished campaign art direction. The product and the model must clearly exist inside the same visual environment. They must share the same lighting logic and spatial grounding. The final billboard image should look like a professionally art-directed fashion-and-product advertising key visual. CONTROLLED 3D DEPTH: The billboard should not feel completely flat. Create a subtle premium anamorphic depth illusion. The model should feel spatially present inside the billboard environment rather than printed on a flat surface. The product should feel grounded on an internal surface. The depth effect should come from: perspective, light, shadow, spatial separation, body placement, and natural motion. Do not exaggerate the 3D effect. Do not merge the entire row of billboards into one giant 3D structure. Do not make the model’s body unnaturally protrude far outside the screen. Do not throw the legs dramatically outside the frame. Do not make the legs disappear into geometry. Do not distort anatomy. If parts of the model slightly approach the apparent front plane during movement, it must remain subtle, elegant, cinematic, and physically believable. PERFORMANCE RULE — NO SPEECH: The model remains completely silent throughout the entire video. No dialogue. No spoken words. No voice. No whispering. No lip-sync. No singing. No vocalization. No mouthing words. No visible speech-like mouth movements. Her expression is communicated only through: eye contact, a subtle knowing smile, small facial reactions, and natural body language. Her mouth remains naturally relaxed except for the subtle smile. TIMELINE: 0.0–0.4 SECONDS — IMMEDIATE START Begin already tightly framed on the main billboard from the near-frontal street position. From frame one, the billboard already shows: the correct product from @Image3 on the LEFT side, large and beautifully integrated, standing on an internal surface, casting a soft natural shadow; the correct person from @Image2 on the RIGHT side, wearing the correct styling from @Image4, in the elegant semi-reclining editorial pose; and a refined premium internal billboard environment. The entire composition already looks like a finished luxury advertisement. Almost immediately, the model begins to animate. 0.4–1.3 SECONDS — NOTICE THE VIEWER The model smoothly shifts from the semi-reclining pose into a more active elegant seated position. The movement remains natural, graceful, cinematic, and anatomically believable. Very early in this movement, the model notices the person filming. She looks directly into the camera. The eye contact is clear and intentional. The face is clearly readable. She realizes she is being filmed and gives a subtle knowing smile: confident, intelligent, slightly playful, elegant, premium, not exaggerated. She remains completely silent. 1.3–2.5 SECONDS — CHOOSE THE PRODUCT After holding eye contact, she briefly glances toward the product standing on the LEFT side. She deliberately reaches toward the exact product from @Image3. She picks it up in one clean natural motion. The model identity remains stable. The outfit remains stable. The product remains identical. After picking up the product, she looks directly back into the camera. This second eye contact clearly communicates intention without speech. 2.5–4.0 SECONDS — PRESENT THE PRODUCT She presents the product slightly toward the viewer. The gesture is simple, elegant, premium, and clearly directed at the camera. The product remains clearly visible and recognizable. Her body remains controlled and stable. No dramatic torso rotation. The camera makes only a tiny natural handheld reaction. 4.0–5.5 SECONDS — CLEAN DIRECT THROW She performs ONE clean forward throwing motion directly toward the camera. The throw is simple, controlled, elegant, and intentional. The model does not spin. The model does not turn around. The model does not rotate her whole body. The model does not perform a sweeping or theatrical throwing motion. Keep the torso mostly facing the camera. The throwing action comes primarily from one arm with only a small natural shoulder movement. The product leaves the hand on a direct forward path toward the center of the camera lens. The trajectory is straight and easy to read. No sideways arc. No circular trajectory. No looping motion. No unnecessary body rotation. 5.5–6.8 SECONDS — STRAIGHT PRODUCT FLIGHT The product travels almost straight along the camera axis toward the lens. It grows naturally in apparent size with perspective. Keep the product orientation stable and recognizable during flight. No dramatic spinning. No tumbling. No uncontrolled rotation. No flipping end-over-end. Only minimal physically natural orientation change is allowed. The product moves from the billboard environment forward and seamlessly crosses into real foreground space. This transition must feel like one continuous physical movement. No dissolve. No teleportation. No flash. No morphing. No product switching. The exact same product from @Image3 remains unchanged. 6.8–7.8 SECONDS — REAL-WORLD CATCH A realistic human hand enters from the lower foreground. The hand catches the same product directly in front of the smartphone camera in one clean believable motion. The product arrives on the same straight trajectory. Use correct hand anatomy. Use natural finger placement. Use believable scale. Keep product geometry stable. 7.8–10.0 SECONDS — FINAL PRODUCT REVEAL The hand holds the product close to the lens as the dominant foreground subject. Use a subtle natural smartphone focus shift: the product becomes crisp and sharp, while the billboard, the model, the pedestrians, and the real street behind become slightly softer but remain recognizable. The model remains seated inside the billboard in the background. She watches the successful catch with a calm, satisfied, subtle knowing smile. She remains completely silent. Do not cut to a studio product shot. Keep the same street location and the same continuous POV recording. EMOTIONAL LOGIC: The model: comes alive almost immediately, notices the viewer, makes direct eye contact, gives a knowing smile, chooses the product, picks it up, looks back at the viewer, presents it, and intentionally throws it directly to them. All communication happens visually. No dialogue or speech is used at any point. VISUAL STYLE: Ultra-premium fashion commercial blended with authentic smartphone realism. Late-1990s American cinema and fashion-advertising atmosphere. Subtle 35mm-inspired grain. Fine analog texture. Gentle highlight halation. Soft highlight roll-off. Slightly lifted filmic blacks. Elegant midtone contrast. Restrained saturation. Natural skin tones. Soft warm highlights. Slightly cool urban grays. Refined nostalgic color separation. The result should feel like beautifully scanned late-1990s film stock, not a fake vintage social-media filter. Keep the image clean, cinematic, premium, tactile, and expensive. LIGHTING: Preserve the real street lighting logic from @Image1 for the outside environment. Inside the billboard, use refined premium campaign lighting: soft directional light, dimensional facial lighting, clean highlights, realistic skin, realistic fabric, clear product definition, soft natural shadows, and polished advertising finish. AUDIO: Natural city ambience only. Use subtle street ambience, distant traffic, soft pedestrian movement, a restrained product whoosh during the throw, and a soft physical catch sound. No dialogue. No human voice. No speech. No whisper. No vocalization. No singing. No spoken advertising line. MOTION AND QUALITY: Natural body movement. Natural gravity. Natural fabric movement. Natural hair movement. Natural pedestrian motion. Natural hand movement. Stable facial identity. Stable outfit design. Stable product geometry. Stable product continuity from frame one to final catch. Stable left-side hero-product composition from frame one. Stable right-side model composition from frame one. Stable near-frontal camera perspective. Consistent billboard depth. Straight product trajectory. Stable product orientation during flight. Seamless billboard-to-real-space transition. No identity drift. No temporal flicker. No warped hands. No sudden camera jumps. No body morphing. No product deformation. No product switching. No wrong product. No inherited advertisement content from @Image1. No extra visible smartphone. No exaggerated 3D body extrusion. No disappearing legs. No merged full-row billboard deformation. No spinning model. No body turn during the throw. No spinning product. No tumbling product. No speech. No lip-sync. 4K, Ultra HD, rich details, sharp clarity, cinematic texture, realistic skin, realistic fabric, natural colours, stable picture.
